We had the opportunity to go to Paco & Tina's house for a Mexican style Thanksgiving this year. I (Kate) made a turkey for the first time and it turned out pretty good. Maria made the most of the dinner consisting of rice, beans and other yummy sides. Angie sacrificed her finger for the sake of the delicious Pico de gallo! ;) And all the pies that Tina made were scrumptious! All in all, we ate very well, had good company, and the kids had a wonderful time.Kaydence & Simon getting ready for an adventure...
